The name of lesson is basic drawing, it is known as "gambar dasar".
In middle of 2011, I'm joining Indonesia's Sketchers to upgrade my sketching skill. This community makes my watercolours and papers plays again.
My first watercolour sketch is Gambir Station, I try green monochrome colour, and it's usefull:
Gambir Station is the largest train station in Jakarta and is located in Central Jakarta, Indonesia.
The station was built in the 1930's under the name of Koningsplein station and get a massive renovation in the 1990's. This station has 4 lines. Gambir railway transportation service to major destinations in Java.
In my second gathering with Indonesia's Sketchers, we are sketching bendungan hilir market (known as "Pasar Benhil" in Jakarta). This gathering event runs with the month of Ramadhan 2011 (noon until breaking the fast)..

In my third gathering with Indonesia's Sketchers, we are sketching the heritage of Indonesia on Satria Mandala Museum. Satria Mandala Museum is a history museum of the struggle Indonesian Armed Forces, located at Gatot Subroto St, Jakarta. Museum which was inaugurated in 1972 by the former President of Indonesia.

In the middle 2012, Indonesia's Sketcher were invited by one of famous TV station on Dan Mogot St, West Jakarta. After shoot, we sketch the Koinonia Church. This church is located in Jatinegara, East Jakarta, near of Mester market.

In March of 2013, I was invited by the Jendela Community to guide the children drawing contest. This community motivates children to read book and other skills.

After view month, the gathering doesn't exist, march 2013 IS start again to sketch Cikini's Flowers Market. This market Cikini's flowers market is located between the highway road Cikini Pegangsaan road east, precisely in the AGP building.
Many people says that Cikini's flowers market exist since Netherland's colonialism era.
In the ends of 2013, I've been elected to be a gathering organizer by IS community. The gathering was garden city themes, so I choose Suropati Park for sketch meeting point. At first the name of the park is taken from the name of the first Mayor of Batavia GJ Bisshop (1916-1920). This park is the center of Menteng area, located right on the confluence of three major roads namely Menteng Boulevard, Orange Boulevard and Nassau Boulevard.
Suropati Park (originally named Burgemeester Bisschopplein) is the name of a park in Jakarta.

In the first months of 2014, Jakarta had flooding in some places. Jatinegara market is a place that will be used to sketch. This place was flooded but did't blocked their Activity.

In the month of Ramadan 2014, we held a gathering at the Istiqlal mosque. Istiqlal Mosque is the largest mosque in Southeast Asia. In this event, the community gathered two sketchers, which is Indonesia's Sketchers and Sketchalcoholic.

In July 2014, I get a side job to make sketches in the tumbler. sketch in the form of an old building that once existed in Jakarta. Some of these sketches are not through the live sketches, but through a photograph. This project is the result of cooperation with the little museum ( http://littlemuseumid.com/toko/ ).
